After renting a house in a long time, Jenny’s family finally decided to apply for a mortgage loan and get their own home. The last thing that I heard from them is that they had already chosen a house to call their home. They are now looking for various Home insurance quotes so they can compare the offers from different companies. Jenny is a bit OC about this kind of this so this would probably take them weeks.
We have recommended some insurance companies to Jenny but it seems that nothing triggered her interest. Tomorrow we are going to help Jenny and meet some people from an insurance company. After that we might drop by in the mortgage lender’s office and finalize the requirements that need to be submitted. Buying a new home is definitely a good move not only for Jenny’s family but for anyone as well.
